Return & Refund Policy

How to Return an Item?

If you wish to return an item, please inform us within 7 days of delivery through either of the following ways:

1. Email your return request along with your order number to care@jaipursarai.in.

2. Call or WhatsApp us with your return request and order number at +91 9352491265.

⚠️ We respond only during working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility & Mandatory Unboxing Video

Returns will only be accepted if you receive a torn, damaged, or incorrect product.

A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the condition of the product is mandatory for all return requests. Please share this video along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Note: Minor colour variations of up to 10% may occur due to differences in monitor or screen settings. These variations will not be considered a defect or a product being different from its description.

Note: Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned shipment and it passes our quality check.

Return Shipping Charges

₹90/- (inclusive of GST) per product will be deducted for all approved returns.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Sending the Product Back

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. After the product is received and approved by our quality team, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount, subject to the applicable return shipping deduction. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, except as stated in the Refund Policy below.

This process can take 7 to 15 days.

If our courier partner does not provide reverse pickup from your location, you will need to ship the product back to us. Kindly send the product back within 7 days of receiving it.

No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items

Products purchased during our sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Refund Policy

Payments made through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking will be refunded to the original payment account.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless product damage is verified by JAIPUR SARAI.
