Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for domestic orders with no extra charges.
  • All COD orders will be verified via phone or email prior to dispatch, so please ensure your contact details are accurate.

Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid orders (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI) are processed quicker since they do not require phone verification.

International Shipping

Delivery Attempts and Unserviceable Areas

  • Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
  • If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange for redelivery or a refundĀ 
  • In rare cases, certain pin codes may be unserviceable. If your pin code falls under this category, we will notify you promptly and cancel the order with a full refund.
